The San Francisco 49ers have been the biggest surprise in the NFL so far this season and currently hold a 9-1 record heading into Week 12. In this week's matchup, the 49ers are going to have their hands full on Sunday Night Football against the impressive Green Bay Packers. Both teams are Super Bowl contenders and will be looking to make statements this week.

Jimmy Garoppolo and company will need to have their offense clicking at 100 percent this week and the defense has been solid all year long. Any time a team faces Aaron Rodgers, the defense has to step up. This season, the 49ers will have to slow down Rodgers, Aaron Jones, and contend with an improved defense.

3. The 49ers Sack Aaron Rodgers At Least Five Times

If there is one thing that fans have come to expect from the 49ers this season, it is that their defense will find ways to get to the quarterback. That will be the case once again this week against Rodgers and the Packers.

Green Bay's offensive line has done a solid job this season, but they still have some holes. San Francisco, led by Nick Bosa, will get to Rodgers at least five times this week. Getting to the quarterback that much will give the 49ers a major advantage over the Packers.

2. San Francisco Racks Up 150 Rushing Yards, Two Touchdowns

Another strength for the 49ers this season has been the running game. San Francisco has quite a few running backs who are capable of stepping up and having big games each and every week. Among those running backs are Tevin Coleman, Matt Breida, and Raheem Mostert.

Breida is dealing with an injury, but may be back this week against the Packers. If he isn't, Coleman and Mostert are more than capable of handling the bulk of the workload. San Francisco will end up rushing for 150 yards and scoring two touchdowns as a team this week.
