The San Francisco 49ers will kick off a run of three road contests in four games with the upcoming clash against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 11.

The 49ers provided a lifeline to their playoff aspirations with the convincing 31-10 win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 10. The 49ers clinched their first home win of the season as quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo anchored a trio of touchdown drives, while the defense held quarterback Matthew Stafford and the Rams offense to a mere three third downs converted.

For more insight on the 49ers' Week 11 matchup against the Jaguars, listen below:

With the win, the 49ers now hold the ninth seed in the NFC playoff standings. But if they are looking to continue to inch closer to a playoff spot over the second half of the campaign, then they surely are in dire need of a winning streak.

The Jaguars have shown to be capable of securing upset wins, as was seen with their monumental victory over the Buffalo Bills in Week 9. If the 49ers aim to clinch their first winning streak in two months, then they must achieve each of these four feats in order to come away from Week 11 with a road victory over Jacksonville.

49ers Week 11 predictions

4. Nick Bosa clinches the first 10.0 sacks season of his career

Not much attention has been centered on 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa as of late, although he is on the verge of orchestrating one of the more prolific years by a pass rusher in team history.

Bosa is currently the clear-cut team leader in a multitude of defensive stats this season, from sacks (8.0) to quarterback hits (19). Even as he is coming off of last season's torn ACL injury, his speed off of the line of scrimmage and his sheer strength against opposing left tackles have remained as his core strengths as a pass rusher.

Bosa is set to face off with Jaguars left tackle Cam Robinson, who did come into his team's Week 10 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts with a notable back injury.

For a pass rusher who has already had stout success against a multitude of formidable left tackles this season, Bosa should record a pair of sacks in Week 11 to secure his first career season with at least 10.0 sacks.

3. Deebo Samuel becomes near unstoppable in the open field

49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel has been the do-it-all player for his team so far this season. From his prowess as a route-runner to versatility in lining up under multiple positions, he simply continues to showcase that he is well among the more potent wideouts in the NFL today.

Samuel has shined when it comes to securing yards after catch; he leads the NFL in this stat with an astounding 519 such yards. Overall, 53 percent of his receiving yards so far in the campaign have come from yards after catch. And more so, 49ers quarterbacks have posted a 111.5 passer rating when targeting the third-year receiver.

Whether in the short passing game or as an option downfield, Garoppolo should once again find success in providing Samuel with clinical opportunities to be a threat in the open field.

The Jaguars secondary may be in for a long day in containing Samuel.

2. 49ers have their way in the red zone

The 49ers have been by far the most efficient team in the NFL this season in scoring red zone touchdowns. They have recorded touchdowns on 19 of their 24 trips to the red zone so far in the campaign. This 79.2 red zone touchdown percentage ranks at the top of the leaderboard this season.

Last week, the 49ers scored touchdowns on both of their red zone drives. And against the Jaguars, they should once again pile up on their red zone touchdown total on the year.

From being creative with their receiver sets to simply overpowering opposing front sevens with keen rush plays, the 49ers sure know how to make the most out of their trips to this area of the field.

1. 49ers move to a 4-1 record on the road

As mentioned, the 49ers need a win against the Jaguars this week to inch closer to possibly soon take hold of a playoff spot in the daunted NFC. And they should do just that with the likes of Bosa, Garoppolo and tight end George Kittle leading the way in the contest.

The 49ers have plenty of momentum following their statement win over the Rams, and it sure would be a shocker if they failed to pick up a victory over Jacksonville in Week 11.
