Seahawks’ DK Metcalf’s burst of speed to prevent pick-6 has Twitter going bonkers
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf came up with one of the biggest plays of the day on Sunday, as the 22-year-old went on an all-out sprint to prevent Arizona Cardinals Budda Baker from scoring an insane solo TD. Unsurprisingly, Twitter went completely bonkers as they reacted to Metcalf’s heads up play.
First off, here’s a look at Metcalf’s best Usain Bolt impersonation:

Clearly, the young WR had no intentions of allowing the Cardinals to score on them in that particular possession.
Here are some of the best reactions from the mean streets of Twitter — from some of the biggest names in the industry, no less:

Smart of DK Metcalf to save the Golden Mushroom till he really needed it

DK Metcalf has to be pound for pound the fastest man in the NFL. He just ran down Budda Baker on what looked like a sure Pick Six … and saved Seattle seven points.

DK Metcalf just kept a possible 7 points off the board. Don't give up on a play – isn't over until it's over!

The Seahawks entered this contest with a pristine 5-0 record, but are facing a tough test against Arizona. Should Seattle come out of this contest unscathed, there’s no doubt that they’d have Metcalf to thank for his outstanding effort.
