Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Rasheem Green took the spotlight early in their Monday Night Football showdown with the Washington Football Team, and deserving so.

After all, how often do you see a big man block a PAT, scoop the ball and return it to the other end for two points? Well, that's exactly what Green did in the final minute of the second quarter. More amazingly, it tied the game at 9-9 at the half.

Here's the crazy thing: Rasheem Green actually reached a max speed of 18.41 mph on the extra point return after the block. He traveled 94 yards to the end zone, per Next Gen Stats.

It is the fastest max speed a DL has reached as a ball carrier since 2019. Jadeveon Clowney did it in Week 4 back in 2019, reaching a max speed 18.59 mphā€“just slightly faster the Seahawks DL.

Furthermore, according to ESPN Stats & Info, Green is the first player to block, recover and score on the return. Just amazing!

Of course after witnessing the epic play, the rest of the Seahawks were ecstatic and celebrated with Green on the bench.

The rest of NFL Twitter couldn't also hold back their admiration for Green and shared how impressed they are by the Seahawks big. It's such a waste that the return was only for two points. True enough, it should have been scored higher if it's made by a defensive lineman!

Here are some of the best reactions on the Twitterverse:

What a play by Rasheem Green.
