Philadelphia Eagles fans don't like Seattle Seahawks defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, and he has the same feelings about them. Clowney injured Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz on a helmet-to-helmet hit that many fans claimed was on purpose and dirty.

Clowney said the hate from the Eagles fans came well before the hit. He said the first time he heard from their fans was while he ran out of the tunnel.

“Worst fans in the world,” Clowney said, via the Philadelphia Inquirer. “You know that, right? They hated me coming out [of the tunnel], they hated me going in . . . I don’t know why. I’m just like, trying to be friends. I’m a friendly guy.”

When Clowney was a member of the Houston Texans last year, he knocked out Nick Foles and even though Foles was able to return to the game that time, Eagles fans voiced their displeasure.

“I tried to tell them boys on my team. I said, ‘This team hates me. Their fans hate me for some reason’ They think I tried to kill Nick Foles,” Clowney said.

It wasn't just the fans who made their voice known. After Clowney's hits in the Wild Card game, Jason Peters made sure to get up into his face and tell him the hit was dirty.

The Eagles are out of the playoffs and a big reason was because of Wentz being knocked out of the game. The Seahawks' job won't get any easier as they have to travel to Green Bay to take on the Packers on Sunday.
