Josh Gordon has spent nearly a month with the Seattle Seahawks. That's already apparently enough time for him to feel comfortable remaining with the team after this season. When asked about his future, Gordon complimented the team culture, saying he'd want to live in Seattle.

Oh yeah, absolutely. Seattle is amazing,” Gordon said on Wednesday, via Pro Football Talk. “Football aside, I’d definitely love to live in a place like this. It’s just the culture. It’s just different, something that I think has felt more like a fit, I guess, to me. It’s pretty natural. It’s pretty smooth.… It’s hard to explain. It’s hard to explain why I like it here.

When the New England Patriots waived Gordon in November, the veteran wide receiver was hoping to land with the Seahawks. In the end, his wish was granted, and he's been thankful to be on a team who allows him to enjoy playing football again.

“I think I’m just fortunate in general to have landed in a place like this with a coach like this. It’s real family like. It’s real close, real tight-knit – a real lively, energetic group. And competitive more than anything. They love the game of football. You can see it. It’s a great feeling to come back to football and enjoy what you do.”

Since joining the Seahawks, Gordon has only hauled in six receptions for 81 yards and zero touchdowns. His first four receptions with the team resulted in first-down conversions.

Despite being an unrestricted free agent in 2020, Gordon is committed to staying with the Seahawks. It remains to be seen if Seattle feels the same way. Therefore, Gordon may want to wait to find a house in Seattle until his destination for next year is decided.
