Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson dislocated his finger in Sunday's 43-16 win over the San Francisco 49ers, but it doesn't sound like it'll keep him out of action moving forward.

Carson had 13 carries for 69 yards in the game before leaving to have an X-ray in the fourth quarter.

However, Pete Carroll seems to not have any worries when it comes to Carson's availability in Week 14, according to the Seahawks digital media reporter John Boyle.

Carson has emerged as Seattle's top rushing threat this season in racking up 157 carries for 704 yards and four touchdowns. He also has 13 receptions for 127 yards on the year.

While the team has continued to employ a backfield by committee approach, Carson has proven to be a reliable workhorse for Carroll and company.

Mike Davis and Rashaad Penny have also been major contributors, with each posting over 350 yards on the season while adding five combined rushing touchdowns.

After a 0-2 start, the Seahawks have found their way and are riding a three-game winning streak at the moment.

And even if Seattle no longer has a chance at claiming an NFC West title, it's playoff chances are certainly on the rise.

Carroll's group will host Minnesota for a Monday Night Football matchup in Week 14 before finishing the regular season with games against San Francisco, Kansas City, and Arizona.

Grabbing a win against the Vikings would obviously go a long way towards securing a playoff spot and potentially fighting for an even higher seed.
