With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic profoundly affecting the offseason of the NFL, it has become increasingly more difficult for quarterbacks to train and create chemistry with incoming rookies. Developing a relationship with a team's new players is an integral part of the offseason, and despite the circumstances, Seattle Seahawks quarterback is on top of it.

In an interview with ESPN Seattle's Tom, Jake and Stacy, the six-time Pro Bowler spoke on how he was working with the Seahawks' recent draft picks.

“In terms of the rookies, I’m in a group message with all of the draft picks, so we’re having a good time getting those guys ready,” he said. “We’ve spent a lot of time (together) – hours upon hours. I spend about two hours with them every day. We’ve been putting the work in, so they’re way ahead, so it’s been good.”

Among the rookies drafted, Seattle added several new weapons to complement Wilson on the offseason. Guard Damien Lewis, tight ends Colby Parkinson and Stephen Sullivan, running back DeeJay Dallas and wide receiver Freddie Swain were all selected by the franchise in the recent draft.
