The draft is one of the more unpredictable places to look for talent. Some of the best college players never see their game translate well to the NFL, and that fact always puts a bit of risk on every selection made.

However, that doesn't seem to be the case for the Seattle Seahawks when they found another gem in Will Dissly. The fourth-round selection is now one of the most impressive wide receivers in the team. In fact, he's even impressed franchise QB Russell Wilson with his play.

Pro Football Talk's Curtis Crabtree noted what the Seahawks QB1 thought of the former Husky.

“He’s a special player,” quarterback Russell Wilson said on Tuesday. “I’m hoping he continues where he’s heading because he’s going to be a star tight end for a long time in this league and hopefully with the Seattle Seahawks for a long time.”

Dissly's stats prove just that. In the four games he's played, he's covered 181 receiving yards and made four TDs. These numbers already eclipse his rookie season numbers of 156 yards and two catching TDs. More impressively, his catching rating this season is at an 86.4%.

Wilson also said that he noticed Dissly's talent early on:

“I think last year starting off in training camp I really noticed how good Dissly really was,” Wilson said. “And then we hit the regular season and we go to Denver and he goes off and I’m like ‘man, this guy is really good.’”

The Seahawks have a big match coming up as they welcome the Los Angeles Rams. Wilson will definitely target him to get those all-important yards and move the chains. And Dissly will want to deliver and live up to the hype surrounding him so far.
