This NFL offseason has been defined more by the quarterbacks that didn't get traded than the ones that actually did. Aaron Rodgers and Deshaun Watson have both remained with their teams, for vastly different reasons. At one point, Russell Wilson was also expected by some to be moving on from the Seattle Seahawks.

While obviously that didn't happen, the Seahawks aren't out of the woods yet in terms of keeping their QB happy. NFL insider Ian Rapoport provided the latest on Russell Wilson, and what to watch out for as we enter first week of football this year.

“Things are going swimmingly. Right now, relationship good with General Manager John Schneider and with the coach Pete Carroll. It is clear: it is a make or break year for Seattle. Russ wants to cook. He wants to throw it a little bit. We will see who won the power struggle between him and Pete Carroll based on how they do today.”
