After last Thursday's thriller in Seattle that saw the Seahawks escape with a one-point victory against the Los Angeles Rams, thanks in large part to a missed field goal from the usually automatic Greg Zuerlein, quarterback Russell Wilson chose to credit everyone but himself for the win.

So far this season, Wilson has been playing at an MVP level by making great throws, sound decisions but more importantly, by leading this Seattle team in every sense of the word.

In what might have been both the throw and catch of the year, Wilson didn't hold back praise for receiver Tyler Lockett with speaking to reporters after the game, and it didn't stop there. Thursday, Wilson made a bold claim saying that Lockett is one of the league's best pass catchers.

Through five games, it would be tough to argue that Lockett hasn't been as much a part of his team's success as any other receiver in the NFL. With Seattle being one of the run heaviest teams in the league, the times they do decide to throw the ball, it is likely headed Lockett's way.

With Lockett leading the team in both receptions and yards, the connection between him and Wilson is undeniable. It seems Lockett has become Wilson's go-to target when in trouble and escaping the pocket, as seen in last Thursday.

The Seahawks not only have all the confidence in the world at the moment, but the team is clicking on all cylinders as they continue to support one another in their wins and losses.
