The Seattle Seahawks have had a busy offseason and are hoping to get back into Super Bowl contention. Pete Carroll and company could still look to make moves this offseason and there is one free agent that would make perfect sense for them.

According to CBS Sports, the Seahawks are one of the top potential landing spots for Ndamukong Suh this offseason.

Seattle still has plenty of money to make a move. The article states that the Seahawks have $26.4 million in cap room to work with, which is plenty for Suh. More than likely, he will be looking for a one-year lucrative deal at this point in free agency.

Last season with the Los Angeles Rams, Suh recorded 59 total tackles to go along with 4.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries, and four defended passes. He played in all 16 games and was a big part of the Rams' defense. Moving to Seattle would be an interesting fit and he would immediately beef up a defensive line in major need of help after trading Frank Clark to the Kansas City Chiefs.

At 32 years old, Suh is still a difference maker. He has matured a lot over the last few years and could also become a leader for the Seahawks' defense if they were to sign him.

Just a few short years ago, the Seahawks had one of the NFL's most feared defenses. They had the “Legion of Boom” and an excellent pass rush to go with it. Suh wouldn't get them back to that point, but he would certainly help them in 2019 as they pursue playoff contention.

Expect to hear more about Suh in the coming weeks. There are plenty of teams that will start looking at the players left in free agency and Suh is the most talented available.
