The Seattle Seahawks have released their full 2020 NFL schedule ahead of the league-wide release on Thursday evening.

Seattle opens the year on Sept. 13 against the Atlanta Falcons, with the season finale coming against the San Francisco 49ers on Jan. 3.

The Seahawks came up inches–literally–short of stealing the NFC West from the Niners last season, but they still made the playoffs with an 11-5 record.

Despite last year's success, however, the Seahawks have just four primetime games. The first of those comes in Week 2 against the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football. Seattle will play just one game on Monday Night Football this year, which comes in Week 12 in a rematch of last year's Wild Card matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The NFC West was one of the toughest divisions in football last year and, while the Los Angeles Rams lost some key defensive pieces, might be just as competitive this season given the improvements the Arizona Cardinals made on both sides of the ball.

Still, the Seahawks figure to benefit by playing against the AFC East and NFC East. Seattle will get games against teams like the Miami Dolphins, New York Giants, New York Jets and Washington Redskins, and they figure to be favored in each of those matchups.

The key cogs on Seattle's roster are mostly intact, and they plugged holes on the offensive line an the front seven.

While the Seahawks are unlikely to re-sign Jadeveon Clowney, they signed veteran Bruce Irvin and Benson Mayowa and also drafted Tennessee edge-rusher Darrell Taylor to solidify a defensive unit that made some gains last year.

The Seahawks should be in the thick of contention once again, even in a crowded NFC West.
