Seattle Seahawks cornerback Shaquill Griffin has not yet practiced this week as a result of an ankle injury he suffered during the Seahawks' season finale against the Arizona Cardinals, but it looks like he will be good to go for this weekend.

According to Brady Henderson of ESPN NFL Nation, Griffin is no longer listed on Seattle's injury report, indicating he will play during the Seahawks' Wild Card Round matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday night.

Griffin played in all 16 games this season, registering 59 tackles, two interceptions, and eight passes defended.

The 23-year-old, who played his collegiate football at the University of Central Florida, was originally selected by Seattle in the third round (90th pick overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft.

He played in 15 games during his rookie campaign, making 11 starts. During that time, Griffin tallied 58 stops, a sack, an interception, and 15 passes defended.

The Seahawks won 10 games this season and earned a Wild Card berth in the NFC, returning to the playoffs after a short one-year hiatus.

Prior to Seattle's brief absence from the postseason last year, the Seahawks had made five straight playoff appearances, including back-to-back trips to the Super Bowl in 2013-14 and 2014-15. In the former season, Seattle went on to defeat Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos to capture a Super Bowl title.

The Seahawks will be battling a Cowboys team that also won 10 games in 2018, but due to the fact that Dallas won its respective NFC East division, the Cowboys will be hosting the game.

Seattle defeated Dallas in Washington state earlier in the season.
