The Seattle Seahawks chose to bring back Marshawn Lynch in 2019 and the franchise hasn't ruled out the possibility of bringing him back next season. With free agency looming, a timetable on a decision for Lynch's return was revealed by NFL Network's Mike Silver.

While Lynch was chosen to be the graduate speaker at Princeton, some people are wondering what his own future entails. After injuries to Chris Carson and Rashaad Penny, the Seahawks turned to Lynch to gauge his interest in a reunion.

Prior to signing with the Seahawks, Lynch was busy enjoying life, traveling the world. Despite his last game action coming in Week 6 of the 2018 season, Lynch was immediately thrust into a prominent role in Seattle's backfield.

In his return to Seattle, Lynch would rush for 34 yards and a touchdown versus the San Francisco 49ers in Week 17. Then, the veteran running back would proceed to combine for 33 rushing yards and three touchdowns in the Seahawks' two playoff games.

Of course, Lynch is someone that is always going to be able to call Seattle home. From 2010-2015, Lynch was the heart and soul of the Seahawks offense. Over those six seasons, Lynch contributed 6,347 yards and 57 touchdowns on the ground.
