Week 5's opening game is packed with plot twists. The Seattle Seahawks are hosting the Los Angeles Rams, and the game has zig-zagged in several different directions. Jadeveon Clowney certainly helped ignite the crowd with this forced and recovered fumble on Todd Gurley.

As of now, the Rams have shown some signs of life on offense but not been particularly consistent. Despite forcing a Seattle fumble and having great field position for their opening drive, the Rams managed only a field goal. After one more Greg Zuerlein field goal, the Seahawks improved. The defense is terrorizing Jared Goff, who looks like he is trying to find his way in this game and lacks the confidence of 2018. The Rams' offensive line has been pushed around in both the run and pass game. Seattle is trying to make a push in this game, with the crowd playing no small part.

The Rams do get the ball coming out of the half, which is a huge opportunity. Although the Seahawks have outplayed Los Angeles, the Rams trail only by one point. A touchdown out of the locker room would suck the life out of CenturyLink Field. The game is a profound test for the defending NFC champs.
