The Seattle Seahawks are rolling against the Los Angeles Chargers on ā€œThursday Night Football.ā€ More specifically, quarterback Russell Wilson and his speedy receivers, Tyler Lockett and rookie D.K. Metcalf are.

After connecting with Lockett on an improbable 13-yard touchdown late in the first quarter, Wilson found Metcalf on a deep-shot off of play-action for a 40-yard touchdown. In doing so, the Seahawks go up 14-6 over the Los Angeles Rams.

However, the pass wasn't quite 40 yards. Instead, it was 50+, as Wilson took a massive drop back to read the field and find Metcalf wide-open in the end zone. In typical Wilson fashion, he ripped the ball for a touchdown, to reaffirm he is one of the NFL's best deep-ball throwers.

With the touchdown scored, Wilson had 165 yards and two touchdowns on a 75% completion rate. Metcalf, on the other hand, has two receptions for 44 yards and the score. In scoring the touchdown, the rookie wide-out notched his second in five games. Wilson has 12 total and is yet to throw an interception.
