Sentinels, the successful organization in VALORANT, will be expanding to yet another Riot Games-produced title: League of Legends Wild Rift.

The organization announced its move on social media on Thursday. However, the team only teased their move and has not yet announced who will be part of the new roster.

A new journey awaits us, Sentinels.
We're pleased to announce our entrance into League of Legends: Wild Rift!
Sentinels will be going back to its MOBA roots. Although it did not meet the same level of success it does today on VALORANT, the org was founded as Phoenix1 as a League of Legends organization. With this move to make a Wild Rift roster, Sentinels is essentially looking back at their heritage. The org rebranded to its current name when it entered the Overwatch League, but it also later entered other esports titles such as FortniteApex Legends, and Halo.
With no announcement yet on who will be part of the new Sentinels Wild Rift team, who are you looking forward to join the roster? Which teams will be their biggest rivals? Do you think they will find success in the Wild Rift ecosystem? Whatever is the case, we're sure that Sentinels' entry into Wild Rift will make waves in the esports industry.
