Sergio Garcia had a rough outing Thursday at the 2022 Wells Fargo Championship, specifically on the 10th hole.

The 42-year-old was looking for his ball after he teed off and it went into a hazard. It took him a little bit to find it, and, according to a rules official, he took too long. Already frustrated with the poor tee, Garcia got even more upset.

“Can't wait to leave this tour…can't wait to get out of here,” he said. “Just a couple more weeks until I don't have to deal with you anymore.”

Listen to the hot mic rant in this video tweeted by The Fried Egg.

According to Golfweek, the official claims to have started the timer “once Garcia arrived at the general location of his golf ball.” However, Garcia said it should have started “once he crossed the river as he knew his ball was on the other side and he was just looking for a way to cross.”

Before the 2022 Wells Fargo Championship tournament began, news broke that “at least 15 of the world's top-50 ranked players had committed” to the LIV Golf Invitational series. Garcia, ranked 47th, could certainly be one of the 15, especially after his rant on Thursday.

Phil Mickelson is among the many PGA golfers potentially participating in the inaugural tournament. While nothing is set in stone, he requested a release to play in the tournament in late April.

The LIV Golf Invitational series takes place from June 9 to 11 at Centurion Golf Club in London.
