With the lack of interest he generated from team’s around the league, unrestricted free agent Sergio Rodriguez has already decided where he will take his talents next.

The 31-year-old point guard has reportedly agreed on a three-year deal to join CSKA Moscow, who competes in the VTB United League and EuroLeague championships.

Rodriguez played last season for the Philadelphia 76ers, where he appeared in 60 matches for them. He was a fixture in their rotation and averaged 7.8 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 5.1 assists in 22.3 minutes per game. However, with the arrival of Markelle Fultz and Ben Simmons finally being cleared to play, the team suddenly has a multitude of point guards, which makes him the odd-man out.

The Spanish international already has solid experience playing in Europe and was even named the EuroLeague MVP in 2014, and also won the title the year after. If he once again makes waves in the toughest competition outside the United States, it won't be a surprise if NBA teams begin calling him again.
