Generous Shaquille O'Neal strikes again, this time at a popular Chinese restaurant in New York City. The NBA on TNT icon was on a date with a woman at Jue Lan Club Sunday night. After eating, he decided to pay the bill for every customer in the restaurant as well as dinner for the restaurant's server team.

This is all according to a source from Page Six, who was there when Shaq paid the bill, which they said was “well over $25,000.”

Shaq and his alleged “date” ordered Beijing chicken, chicken satay, and shrimp tempura. According to Jue Lan's website, this equates to a $78 bill before tip, taxes, and drinks. O'Neal could have easily paid his bill with a tip and walked out of there for roughly $100.

Instead, Page Six's source said that O'Neal brought out the big bucks, paying for everything and leaving Jue Lan servers with “the biggest tip they’ve ever received.”

To top it all off, Shaq didn't want the other customers, roughly 40+ tables worth, to know about his random act of kindness. The source said that Shaq asked the staff to disclose his deed until he left the restaurant.

Shaq loves to spread his wealth, so this sort of thing isn't surprising anymore. Just last April, he paid for a man's engagement ring and said that he does things like this “every day.”
