Philadelphia 76ers rookie Markelle Fultz might just be 19 years old, but he has already been in love not once but twice…with Chick-fil-A and Benihana.

Fultz has already made it known he's obsessed with Chick-fil-A and their crispy chicken sandwich. In fact, it was one of the reasons why he's pumped to join Philadelphia. As it turns out, however, his heart was also stolen by the Japanese-inspired restaurant.

That's what he told Sports Illustrated's Rohan Nadkarni, who asked some members of the 2017 rookie class whether they have been in love before. While most players like Malik Monk and Dennis Smith Jr. gave honest answers, Fultz didn't take the question seriously and instead confessed that foods are the loves of his life.

The No.1 overall pick in this year's draft reiterated his love for Chick-fil-A, but he also admitted there was some struggle because of his discovery of Benihana.

“I fell in love with Chick-fil-A sandwich, right? And then I had Benihana's and then it was like a competing battle between those two. So I had been in love a couple of times.”

While there isn't anything wrong with his obsession with food that even led him to profess his love to them, Sixers fans will certainly hope that he'll watch out on his diet.

Also, Markelle Fultz should clarify if the weight he gained recently was just the result of adding more muscles, or else his fans will get the wrong idea about where he got those extra pounds.
