Ben Simmons is putting on a show right now. After shocking the Philadelphia 76ers by literally showing up at their doorstep without any prior notice, the former Rookie of the Year then proceeds to pull off a sensational stunt in practice that not only got him suspended but also brought up his team-imposed fines to a whopping $1.4 million.

At this point, however, it looks like Simmons does not care at all. As a matter of fact, he's still making the necessary moves to force his way out of Philly as soon as humanly possible. Just recently, the soon-to-be ex-Sixers point guard listed his New Jersey property on the market for a cool $5 million. Needless to say, he's doing everything he can to show the team that he wants out. Now.

Simmons' New Jersey house is roughly 30 minutes away from Wells Fargo Center. A couple of weeks ago, Simmons also listed his Philadelphia home for sale. He's practically burning all his bridges as he looks to force Philly's hand to trade him at the soonest possible time.

It looks like the Sixers aren't going to budge, though. They've maintained their asking price for the All-Star point guard, which has reportedly turned off opposing teams. This situation is getting uglier by the day, and we all just can't wait for it to be over.
