R&B singer Chris Brown was not pleased with the comments he read regarding himself and Philadelphia 76ers guard Ben Simmons. After Simmons casually air-balled a 3-pointer against the Memphis Grizzlies, a particular fan took to social media to voice frustration after Saturday night's game.

Simmons has been in the same peculiar situation for some time now. Through his first four years in the NBA, the Sixers star has not transcended his game into becoming a perimeter scorer. In today's modern NBA, spacing has became an important factor where shooting is given a premium. While the Aussie point-forward has great court vision and can finish at the rim, his lack of shooting has received heavy backlash over the years.

Twitter account @flyoutchase posted: ā€œChris Brown really is the R&B Ben Simmonsā€¦ no progression, no declineā€¦ just the same ole sh*t a** musician.ā€ A screenshot of the tweet was later posted on Instagram, which later on caught Brown's attention.

Brown commented under the Instagram post, stating: ā€œYall p***y a** n***** gone stop playing with me like I aint better than any n***** u can possibly think of. BASKETBALL A TEAM sport n****ā€¦ you f**k a** lil n***** better watch sports center because you'll lose count watching my paper. Now go ask ya mamma who ya real daddy is.ā€

The comment that Brown made certainly didn't look like a shot towards the Sixers star. Or did it? The R&B singer, who has broke thousands of barriers in the music industry, certainly was not fond of the fan who took shots at both him and Ben Simmons on Sunday.
