Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons alongside his teammate in Tobias Harris both led the team in their game against the New York Knicks on Tuesday night. After coming out with a narrow victory, it was revealed that Ben Simmons kept a perfect winning record over the Knicks ever since he came to the league back in 2016, via NBA Memes. Not bad for the Sixers star.

According to Stat Muse, the Australian swingman is already 13-0 in his career against the New York-based squad. In those encounters against the Knicks, Simmons is averaging 15.2 points, 8.2 assists, and 9.2 rebounds through 34.2 minutes of action.

On Tuesday night, Doc River's squad was shorthanded as they continue to miss the services of All-Star big man Joel Embiid who was ruled out due to a bruise in his left knee.

Simmons put up an all-around effort for his team with tallies of 16 points, 13 rebounds, and seven assists. Meanwhile, Harris topped the team in scoring with a total of 30 points and six rebounds to power the 76ers to a 99-96 victory over the Knicks.

With the tight win, the Sixers improved to a 28-12 tally to maintain their grip on the top spot of the Eastern Conference. Given how the team is performing as of late, it won't be surprising if Simmons continues to impose his will even against a much-improved Knicks squad in their future encounters moving forward.

More than anything, the 76ers only wanted to maintain their winning momentum while also buying time for Joel Embiid's recovery as they continue to journey through the second half of the season.
