Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons is still undergoing tests on his back, but we do know that the Sixers' floor general will miss multiple games due to the injury, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The Sixers have already ruled Simmons out for Monday's game against the Atlanta Hawks:

There is some level of concern surrounding Simmons' injury since back ailments are never to be taken lightly. The Sixers will clearly be cautious with the two-time All-Star moving forward.

Simmons has appeared in 54 games for the Sixers this season. He's averaging 16.7 points, 7.8 rebounds and 8.2 assists while shooting 58.5 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from beyond the arc and 62.7 percent from the free-throw line.

The Sixers are 35-22 on the season. They are in fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings.

Most pundits around the league expect Philly to trade either Simmons or Joel Embiid after the season ends if the Sixers don't go on a deep playoff run.
