The Philadelphia 76ers will be taking an early vacation than expected as the team succumbed to a 92-90 loss against the Toronto Raptors courtesy of a last-minute shot. The Sixers' best player, Joel Embiid, wasn't happy with his play – and head coach Brett Brown sympathizes with his All-Star, citing that he can only learn from this crushing defeat as the 7-footer participates in more postseason encounters in his young career.

All things considered, Embiid didn't have a particularly bad night. The big man chipped in with an acceptable 21 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, and three blocks, which is arguably his second best in the seven-game series mired by 11, 12, and 13 point clunkers. He did shoot the ball badly, making only six out of his 18 attempts from the field (as well as one three-point make out of six).

Embiid did have a below average series in total with arguably just one game that's reminiscent of what we have come to expect from the self-proclaimed ‘most unstoppable player in the league' as he put up 33 points in Game 3, snared 10 boards, got to the line 13 times, and swatted five shots. It's also worth noting that this insane statline came during the stretch wherein he was suffering from an illness so it's hard to point the finger to this condition as to why he performed so poorly on the other games.

That said, the Sixers have plenty of concerns heading into the summer from addressing their key free agents to Ben Simmons possibly adding a jumper to his arsenal. But one thing is for sure: ‘The Process' will remain a fixture for years to come.
