The Memphis Grizzlies, Utah Jazz, Dallas Mavericks and Brooklyn Nets are reportedly expected to pursue Philadelphia 76ers swingman Tobias Harris this summer in free agency, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The Sixers acquired Harris at the February trade deadline from the Los Angeles Clippers. Harris becomes an unrestricted free agent on July 1:

Harris, meanwhile, is a native of New York and was intrigued by Philadelphia over the course of this season, dating back to his time with the Clippers. Around the league, executives believe several other teams, such as Memphis, Utah, Dallas and Brooklyn, will also provide competition for Harris.

Harris played in 27 regular-season games for the Sixers. He averaged 18.2 points, 7.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists while shooting 46.9 percent from the field, 32.6 percent from beyond the arc and 84.1 percent from the free-throw line.

In the Sixers' first-round matchup against the Nets, Harris put up 17.6 points, 8.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game. The Sixers won in five games and will be taking on the Toronto Raptors in the second round of the playoffs.

Philly sent the Clippers Wilson Chandler, Mike Muscala and Landry Shamet plus a 2020 first-round pick, 2021 first-round pick, 2021 second-round pick and a 2023 second-round pick for Harris, Boban Marjanovic and Mike Scott. The Sixers are confident they can strike a deal with Harris to keep him in Philadelphia.
