The Philadelphia 76ers got their wish on Thursday as they were able to pull off a blockbuster trade for James Harden. The former Brooklyn Nets star obviously needed some time to get his things packed before heading to his new home, but The Beard finally arrived in Philly on Saturday and immediately dapped up Sixers president Daryl Morey.

Morey himself also posted this photo with Harden and his daughter:

It's not yet known when Harden will make his Sixers debut, but chances are it happens next week against either the Celtics on Tuesday or the Bucks on Thursday. Philadelphia fans are absolutely ecstatic over this trade because Joel Embiid now has a legitimate running mate who will hopefully propel this team to being a championship contender. While the Sixers did give up several pieces including Seth Curry and Andre Drummond, Harden is one of the brightest stars in the game and already has a good relationship with Morey from their days with the Houston Rockets.

More importantly, the Sixers finally were able to cut ties with Ben Simmons, who refused to play for the franchise after his epic playoff meltdown last year. It's a fresh start for Philly and everyone who loves the team can't wait to see the type of impact James Harden can make alongside Embiid.
