James Harden was missing in action in the Sixers' season-ending Game 6 loss at the hands of the Miami Heat on Thursday night. The former league MVP was nowhere to be found in what was the most important game of Philly's season and naturally, the pitchforks have been taken out.

Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson wasn't shy about calling out Harden for his horrid display in Game 6. According to the Hall of Fame point guard, Harden's performance for the Sixers was simply unacceptable:

“James Harden, in a close out game you can't have a performance like that; only take two shots and score no points in the second half?” Johnson said in his tweet.

I mean, Magic's not wrong here.

Harden finished with just 11 points on 4-of-9 shooting for the Sixers. He did knock down three triples and was able to dish out nine assists, but in the end, this was all for nothing.

Sadly, Harden has looked like nothing more than a washed-up star that has settled for a third-string role on the Sixers. This definitely wasn't the James Harden Philly was looking for when they pulled the trigger on that blockbuster deal earlier in the season. To say that he has been underwhelming would be a complete understatement.
