Joel Embiid had quite a blast during the All-Star Weekend as he took in the festivities of the spectacle. One moment that has to stand out for the Sixers superstar, however, was when he met the man behind the meme he used to viscously troll ex-teammate Ben Simmons.

Embiid linked up with the man photographed in the hilarious meme he posted right after news broke of Simmons' trade to the Brooklyn Nets. The Sixers big man even took the time to snap a photo with the dude and it has since gone viral all over social media (h/t Bleacher Report on Twitter):

To be clear, Embiid denied trolling Simmons after his move to Brooklyn. According to Troel, he just liked how the man was dressed. However, knowing Embiid, it is clear that there was some ill intent behind his post when he shared it. In case you didn't know, the caption on the original meme reads: “Stopped by one of my biggest haters' funeral today just to make sure that n—a was dead.”

Clearly, Embiid still isn't done messing with his former teammate, who has now made his way to join Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in Brooklyn. To be fair, it's pretty hilarious.
