Philadelphia 76ers sophomore guard Markelle Fultz is having a rough time dealing with persisting injuries. Despite that, Fultz remains undaunted and even sends a cryptic message to his enemies.

The 20-year old point guard tweeted out his answer to the scrutiny and criticisms he has been receiving due to his failure to live up to his billing as a first overall draft pick.

Now on his second year in the league, Fultz is seeing his playing minutes decrease game after game. The inconsistency on his shooting percentages has become unbearable for the Sixers to the point that head coach Brett Brown has been playing T.J. McConnell as the primary backup point guard for Ben Simmons.

To make matters worse, rumors are circulating that Fultz is aiming to start fresh with a new team. However, Raymond Brothers, his agent, has already put a stop on those reports.

“I have given no indication to [general manager] Elton Brand or anyone else that Markelle would prefer to be traded,” Brothers told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. “My focus is to get Markelle healthy. End of story.”

Brothers has scheduled Fultz to see specialists in New York next week to look at his right shoulder. Until he does, Fultz will not practice or play in games.

With the recent acquisition of Jimmy Butler, Fultz has become expendable for the Sixers. With Fultz's woeful perimeter game, putting him on the same unit with Butler would spell trouble on spacing the floor.

But Fultz is still very young and his overall skill package is just too intriguing to ignore.
