Philadelphia 76ers point guard Markelle Fultz, the first overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, has quickly made an impact after returning from that controversial shoulder injury. In the Sixers' season finale, Fultz notched a triple-double, making him the youngest ever to do so in NBA history.

Fultz finished with 13 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. As posted by ESPN, at 19 years and 317 days, he surpassed Lonzo Ball who achieved the milestone earlier this season:

Fultz played the first four games of the season then was taken out to rehabilitate his shoulder which affected his jump shot. He came back for the final eight games of the season. And since rejoining the team on March 26, Fultz has been logging in  7.6 points, 4.6 assists, and 3.4 rebounds in just 17.7 minutes per game, according to statistics culled by the NBA.

The Sixers handed the Milwaukee Bucks a pummeling. The final score was 130-95, in favor of the red-hot Sixers, who closed out the season with a 16-game winning streak.

They hold the third spot in the Eastern Conference and are going to face the sixth-seeded Miami Heat in the playoffs. The Sixers won three out of their five meetings in the regular season.

Though the Sixers are clearly the better team, the Heat, who have Dwyane Wade and head coach Erik Spoelstra, have a ton of playoff experience. The Sixers won the regular season series. But as NBA fans know, the playoffs are very different. Every possession counts. And the Sixers, though good on paper, have relatively little experience compared to the Heat.
