On July 5th Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported that Nemanja Bjelica and the Philadelphia Sixers had agreed to a one year contract. It's been almost two weeks since that report came out and according to Nikos Varlas of EuroHoops that contract still hasn't been signed.

Bjelica was looking for more than a one year deal when he entered free agency and the lack of offers has been a bit of puzzling. He is a very good shooter who probably didn't get enough playing time with Tom Thibodeau and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Sixers seem like a perfect fit with the passing of Ben Simmons, Bjelica will be a very good guy to help space the floor.
According to to the latest, he's going back overseas.
Free agent forward Nemanja Bjelica — who had agreed to a one-year deal with the 76ers — informed the team on Monday that he will stay in Europe this season, league sources tell ESPN. He never signed his contract with Philadelphia.

Most Euroleague teams weren't going to be able to afford him, but some of the top powerhouses were obviously in the mix to add the talent.
Before free agency, there was a lot of talk that he would stay with the Timberwolves but the team ended up pulling their qualifying offer to sign Anthony Tolliver who played with the Detroit Pistons last year.
Goodbye to the NBA for Nemanja Bjelica for now. Sorry, Sixers.
