The Philadelphia 76ers went out sad against the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA Playoffs, and now they're dealing with a couple of key departures. No, this has nothing to do with Ben Simmons, any other key player or even Doc Rivers, but still a few notable members of the organization nonetheless.

Tuesday, longtime broadcaster Marc Zumoff announced his retirement after 39 years covering the Sixers, including the last 27 years as the television voice. Then on Wednesday, CEO Scott O'Neil stepped down after eight years on the job.

Zumoff will be sorely missed by Sixers fans after spending so much time as the television voice of the team. The outpouring of support has been coming since he made his announcement, and it will be an adjustment for fans hearing a different voice in the booth.

O'Neil obviously doesn't have nearly as much of a direct link to the fans, but he was still a key part of the Sixers of the last eight years. He also was the CEO of the New Jersey Devils of the NHL.

The Sixers are in flux after losing that Game 7 at home to the Hawks in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. There has been a ton of trade speculation surrounding Ben Simmons, and some have questioned Rivers' status as head coach. Rivers almost certainly isn't going anywhere after just one season, but a Simmons trade wouldn't surprise anybody at this point. There could be other roster changes as well as Philly tries to build a title team around Joel Embiid.
