Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris had a pretty rough stretch over the past week when he went five straight games without knocking down a three-pointer. He went 0-of-18 from three through that stretch, which included an abysmal outing against the Cleveland Cavaliers where he failed to make any of his 11 triple tries.

Harris was able to shake off the shooting struggles with two consecutive solid outings against the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Even with his recent rough patch of games, Harris claims (via Marc Narducci of The Philadelphia Inquirer) that he prepares for every game the same way. Likewise, a confidence boost is the last thing he needs to put up a good game.

“It is the same thing like any other game. I have the most confidence in myself and my game and the work I put in, and I don’t let many things affect my mental state and where I am at,” Harris said.

“Even when I had a couple of bad shooting nights, I don’t really pay attention to any noise, as long as I can walk into our locker room and look every man in his eye, my teammates, and still have the support from them, and them understanding my game and pushing me,” Harris said.

Shooting struggles have always been a part of the game and it is something all players go through, and Harris is no different. Still, being in a week-long shooting funk doesn't seem to rattle any of Harris' confidence at all.

Harris turned it around with a 21-point performance against Oklahoma City, where he also nailed 3-of-4 three-pointers. He followed that up with arguably his best game of the season, where he went a scorching 12-of-14 from the field en route to 27 points versus the Cavaliers.

Being consistent on a nightly basis is something that Philadelphia needs from Harris, who signed a five-year $180-million deal this summer, if they want to go all the way and win the championship this season.
