A big reason why the Philadelphia 76ers were able to secure a comeback win over the Brooklyn Nets in Game 4 of their first-round Eastern Conference playoff series was because of the two-man game between Tobias Harris and Joel Embiid, and Harris discussed the success of the tandem on Monday:

“I think it was just the opportunity that was presented in the last game,” said Harris, via Tom Moore of the Bucks County Courier Times. “Especially in the fourth quarter we knew, we wanted to get the ball down low to Joel. We also knew the best actions to get that in is with some movement and come off the screen-and-roll. I had (D'Angelo) Russell on me and the big was back, so we wanted to see what we could do to pick them apart a little bit, and I thought we got some good actions out of it.”

As a result of Jimmy Butler's ejection from earlier in the game due to a scuffle with Nets forward Jared Dudley, Harris became one of the Sixers' two primary ball-handlers down the stretch, with the other being Ben Simmons.

However, due to Harris' ability to shoot the ball, Philadelphia mainly rolled with a combination of Harris and Embiid, which resulted in Embiid getting plenty of good looks during a late run.

Harris had a great all-around game, finishing with 24 points, eight rebounds and six assists. Meanwhile, Embiid racked up 31 points in propelling the Sixers to a 3-1 series lead.

Philly will host Brooklyn in Game 5 of the series on Tuesday night.
