Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris will be an intriguing option for teams who are looking to make a splash in free agency this summer.

Harris will become an unrestricted free agent in July. The 26-year-old spent the second half of the season with the Sixers after being dealt by the Los Angeles Clippers. According to Brian Lewis of the New York Post, however, Harris is looking to sign with a team with championship aspirations this offseason.

“Tobias wants to be around good guys who want to be together,” a source said when asked about Harris' plan in free agency. “He wants to be on a team that has a chance to win a championship. He’s looking for a good coach, a good style of play and a team with a chance to win a championship.”

Based on his reported requirement, a return to the Sixers is not out of the picture. Philadelphia was a strong contender in the 2018-19 campaign before they were eliminated by the Toronto Raptors off a buzzer-beater from Kawhi Leonard in Game 7 of their series.

It is worth noting, though, that the Sixers also have a lot of decisions to make. Key players JJ Redick and Jimmy Butler will become free agents as well this summer, which means that there is also a strong chance that Harris will be open to moving to another team.
