Philadelphia 76ers budding star Joel Embiid is already perhaps the most intriguing player in the league thanks to his combination of rare talent and good ol' fashioned trash talk. Win or lose, Embiid always seems to seize any opportunity to troll the NBA world.

Following his career 47-point performance versus the Los Angeles Lakers, Embiid said his recovery was around ‘69 percent‘. Now just a week later, he listed his status at 81 percent and shouted out former 16-year NBA veteran, Jalen Rose during an appearance on SC6 with Michael and Jemele.

For those that do not know, Rose has become synonymous with the number 81 ever since Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant dropped a majority of his 81 points on him as a member of the Toronto Raptors back in 2006. Although it was a running joke for a long time, Rose has seemingly embraced his part in the second-greatest scoring performance in NBA history.

Meanwhile, it is safe to say Joel Embiid is using rough estimates when it comes to measuring his health. The dynamic big man has been spectacular this season while leading the Sixers to a competitive 9-7 record coming into tonight's game versus the Portland Trailblazers. However, one has to wonder how great he will be for the Sixers once he actually does return to 100 percent.
