Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid is taking no summers off, and the big man put that to the test today during Tean Africa's practice as part of the NBA Africa Games that will take place on Saturday, Aug. 4.

His competition was none other than lauded shot-blocker Bismack Biyombo, so Embiid proceeded to give him the bizness at the offensive end of the ball.

Embiid starts by putting Biyombo on spin-cycle, only to dunk on him right after on his way to the basket. The 7-footer continued, this time showing his range, nailing a 3-pointer as his follow through gave some hip action for his teammates to enjoy.

Biyombo did hold his own with a barrage of mid-range jumpers and a few buckets in-close, but Embiid won't let him forget the time he got buried under the basket trying to guard him in practice.

The Process has done this multiple times in a game, but doing it again in practice only re-enforces his legend, known to go hard at his competition, no matter the place of circumstance.

While this is all just some offseason fun, Sixers fans have to be thrilled to continue to see Joel Embiid dominating a basketball, even if it is in meaningless workouts.
