After Philadelphia 76ers rookie Markelle Fultz grabbed his 10th rebound to secure a triple-double, his teammates immediately congratulated him by nonchalantly mobbing the young point guard.

Below is the video of Fultz getting ganged up by his teammates, as posted by Brandon Lee Gowton of Bleeding Green Nation:

The Sixers had all the reasons to react that way. After all, Fultz recorded the first triple-double of his young career. Not only that, he became the youngest player to do so at 19 years and 317 days old. He broke the record previously set by the Los Angeles Lakers' Lonzo Ball earlier in the season. Ball was  20 years and 15 days old during that time.

It was a good finish from what started out as a horrendous season for the 2017 first overall pick. After playing just four games to begin the year, he sat out to fix his injured shoulder that affected his jump shot.

Months ago, circulated online showing Fultz shooting airballs. His jump shot was hard to watch. It was obvious that he was struggling. These struggles are well-documented. And Sixers head coach Brett Brown was simply happy when Fultz regained his form.

As reported by Andrew Joseph of For The Win, Brown said after Fultz's return:

“It’s ridiculous what he’s been through. He understands it, and I understand it. That’s the scrutiny you get when someone says, ‘And with the first pick of the 2017 NBA draft, the Philadelphia 76ers select Markelle Fultz.’ That comes with pressures and responsibility and acknowledgements. It’s just such an atypical way anybody enters pro sport like he is, especially in the city of Philadelphia. Knowing what I know and seeing what I’ve seen, and understanding how special that kid is from a human-being standpoint, it’s a good day.”
