After Spencer Rattler struggled big time against the Texas Longhorns on Saturday, Oklahoma Sooners head coach Lincoln Riley yanked the starting quarterback in favor of Caleb Williams.

Williams would go on to star for the Sooners and drag them back from a 21-point deficit all the way to a victory over Texas.

On Monday, per The Athletic, Riley was pretty hushed on what he plans of doing at the QB1 spot for the Sooners moving forward.

“Just like any position, I think we’ll look at the game plan versus TCU, continue to evaluate these guys as they practice and go with who helps us the most,” Riley said.

“I’m not looking at this as a hindrance,” Riley said. “I’m looking at it like I’ve got two really good players in that room that are both high-level quarterbacks. I think it’s a great problem to have.”

With how tremendous Williams was, it's hard to envision Riley handing the keys back fully to Rattler.

Oklahoma is still undefeated this year and after losses for two, top four teams in Week 6 (Alabama and Penn State), the Sooners now find themselves ranked No. 3 in the country. It hasn't all been smooth sailing though as the Sooners have struggled with the likes of Tulane and West Virginia on their way to their undefeated start.

Riley has a huge decision to make that will have serious implications for the Sooners on the rest of their season.
