The San Antonio Spurs are still scrambling to fill their forward rotation after losing Kyle Anderson to the Memphis Grizzlies and trading Kawhi Leonard to the Toronto Raptors this summer. And Serbian forward Nemanja Dangubić stopped in San Antonio to train with team.

Per reports from Jeff Garcia of News4SA, Dangubić was training with the Spurs' staff, showing off his shooting stroke with a few jump shots as posted on Twitter.

Taken with the 54th overall pick of the 2014 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers,  the 6-foot-8 forward was traded to the Spurs. He has yet to play in the NBA,  signing in the EuroLeague where he played for Crvena zvezda from 2014 to 2018. In four seasons, the 25-year-old logged in 5.4 points per game and 2.3 rebounds. He also shot 43.5 percent from the field. He's also a decent three-point shooter at 38.2 percent.

While his numbers don't scream anything significant, the Spurs have built a reputation for their ability to get the best player nobody has heard of. Some of them include Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker, who were selected in relatively late in the draft. Maybe they saw special something in Dangubić.

Can we expect the Serbian to suit up for the Spurs and play alongside DeMar DeRozan and LaMarcus Aldridge? It's still a matter of wait-and-see. But for now, check out his highlights below to see what he's capable of:
