In NBA years, Manu Ginobili is estimated to be a 148-year-old man. He’s still not that old, however, to not learn how social media works because apparently, the San Antonio Spurs geriatric knows how to operate YouTube. In fact, he has his own YouTube channel. It has over 17 thousand subscribers but chances are, you haven’t heard such thing exists until now.
Now that you do, you can now browse Ginobili’s extensive collection of 26 video uploads. On average, that’s just 1.56 video uploads per season has Ginobili played in the NBA. We can’t dig Manu too much for his minimal video production, though, as he’s mostly busy winning NBA titles and Sixth Man of the Year Awards over the years.
Most of the videos you could watch on Manu’s channel were of him speaking to the camera while in his car and mostly tells stories in Spanish, which isn’t a surprise since he’s from Argentina. Here’s a clip where Ginobili was enjoying a helicopter ride.
Ginobili was drafted in the NBA in 1999, six years before the first video on YouTube surfaced online, a fact that also underlines Ginobili’s longevity.
This season could be Ginobili’s final year in the NBA, but we’re hoping that the YouTube video he uploaded two days ago as of this writing wasn’t his last.
