The social media accounts of NBA stars are bombarded with haters and their respective comments. One hater commented on San Antonio Spurs star LaMarcus Aldridge's Instagram and got a dose of his own medicine.

As observed by Quixem Ramirez, a troll outrightly told Aldridge that Kawhi Leonard is better than him. The big man came up with a rather witty comeback:

It's a mystery where that hate comment came from. Though Leonard and Aldridge spent a few seasons together, they were never really compared to one another. And now, even if they're not teammates anymore, would it be fair to compare the two side-by-side?

Either way, it's good to hear from Aldridge, who's been off the radar this offseason. Much of the news has been centered on LeBron James and Leonard. The former for his free agency decision, and the latter for his marred relationship with the San Antonio Spurs.

But with the Spurs' recent acquisition via trade in DeMar DeRozan, perhaps we could expect Aldridge and the rest of the organization joining the news loop. The Spurs have always operated in a low-key manner. It's in the regular season and the playoffs that they let their superb play do the talking. Though the past few seasons haven't equated to success, this year might prove different for one of the best franchises in NBA history.
