Upon signing a two-year, $5 million fully-guaranteed deal to return to the San Antonio Spurs, spark plug Manu Ginobili celebrated his new contract alongside head coach Gregg Popovich, both sitting front-row at the Ed Sheeran concert at a sold out AT&T Center, according to Madalyn Mendoza of the San Antonio Express-News.

Sheeran wore a LaMarcus Aldridge jersey for his encore in front of 14,000 fans, unsuspecting of two legends of the franchise sitting at close proximity.

“Only thing that could make this concert better is having Manu and Coach Pop sit in row before you,” Facebook user Velma Lisa Guerra said after Thursday night's concert.

Pop has been known to engage in activities with their players — whether it is outdoor activities with Tim Duncan or wine-tasting with Tony Parker and Boris Diaw. Ginobili apparently wouldn't let a chance to see Sheeran live go, taking his partner in crime along for the ride.

While many others were clueless about these two hardwood legends, Mikayla Marroquin was able to spot them and wasn't too shy to ask for a picture, adding to her night's events.

“Had a great time at Ed Sheeran, I even got to meet a special guest!!,” Marroquin said in an Instagram post.
