Former San Antonio Spurs forward Stephen Jackson has recently opened up about his long-time feud with former teammate Tony Parker. Jackson admitted that he still holds a grudge against Parker to this day.

Speaking to Arash Markazi of the Los Angeles Times, Jackson provided a bit of a background on exactly why he currently still has some beef with the Spurs legend.

“I don’t have a reason to talk to Tony Parker and I don’t want to talk to Tony Parker,” Jackson said. “My beef with Tony Parker is a basketball beef. I didn’t like the teammate he was. Tony would look me off on purpose. I don’t want to disrespect him as a man but I had a problem with him on the court.”

Jackson actually had two separate stints with the Spurs. The 6-foot-8 forward joined the team during the 2001-02 season — his second year in the league — which also happened to be Parker's rookie year. Jackson's time with San Antonio was a short-lived, as he parted ways with the team at the completion of the team's championship-winning 2002-03 campaign.

Nonetheless, Jackson would re-join the Spurs for two more seasons towards the tail end of his career. He would reunite with Parker and the rest of the gang between 2011 and 2013, but as it turns out, the second time was not the charm in terms of Jackson and Parker's relationship.

Jackson retired from the NBA in 2014, and he boasts career averages of 15.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.3 steals per game.
