Expect Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant to be on the highlights tonight, though it’s not for something he’d probably like.

During today’s match between the Warriors and the San Antonio Spurs, Danny Green took Golden State’s defense to the woodshed at least on one play when he shook off Stephen Curry and attacked the basket, ending in his merciless posterization of Kevin Durant. That’s Green bowling over three MVP trophies.

This is the kind of aggressiveness Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich would like to see from his men after his team suffered three-straight losses prior to this game. Hopefully for Green and the Spurs, they’ll be able to keep their energy up, as they are currently ahead by five points at the half as of this writing.

Never underestimate Danny Green’s hops. He doesn’t always elevate, but when he does, he makes sure it’s going to be Sportscenter-worthy.

The mohawk may have helped too.
