During his post-game interview on Sunday night, San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich was interrupted by Portland Trail Blazers coach Terry Stotts. Their exchange, albeit brief, will leave a smile on your face.

“I thought it was a good game,” coach Popovich began to say after Sunday's 111-110 loss to the Trail Blazers. “I thought both teams were very aggressive and…”

Coach Popovich paused for a moment, looked both ways, then noticed coach Stotts making his way through the tunnel.

“Get your ass out of here,” Popovich said to Stotts in a joking manner.

The media members who were gathered immediately began laughing, as they are familiar with the Spurs coach's demeanor.

“Hey, go have a glass of wine,” coach Stotts said with a smile as he turned the corner.

“I wish I could, but we gotta go away,” coach Popovich replied, referring to San Antonio's upcoming match-up in Sacramento on Monday night against the Kings.

Thanks to combo guard C.J. McCollum's late-game heroics, the Blazers pleased the Portland crowd with a heart-stopping win game against one of the NBA's best teams in San Antonio.

Despite Sunday's loss, Spurs veteran Manu Ginobili became the only player in NBA history to have multiple 20-point games off the bench at age 40 or older. The four-time champion tallied 21 points against the Phoenix Suns on Friday and a season-high 26 against Portland.

Maybe Gregg Popovich can have that glass of wine after Monday night's game in Sacramento. As for Terry Stotts, he most likely enjoyed one to cap his night.
