San Antonio Spurs legendary head coach Gregg Popovich delivered a powerful, moving speech about racism in America while speaking out on the tragic murder of George Floyd.

The Spurs actually posted Popovich's video on their official Twitter account. As expected, the San Antonio franchise is fully behind Pop and the message he's trying to convey.

The death of Floyd in Minnesota at the hands of police officers has sparked protests all across the world. Former Spurs small forward Stephen Jackson has been at the forefront of trying to get justice for Floyd, as the two were very close friends.

Even though the NBA is scheduled to return at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, Gregg Popovich and athletes from all sports don't want the return of sports to overshadow the problem that is facing America right now. The tragic killing of Floyd due to police brutality has not sat well with the country.

Popovich and the Spurs will be among the 22 teams at Walt Disney World. Each returning team will play eight seeding games, as selected from its remaining regular-season matchups. At the conclusion of the seeding games, the seven teams in each conference with the best-combined records across regular-season games and seeding games would qualify for the playoffs.

The Spurs are in 12th place in the Western Conference standings. They have a record of 27-36.
